Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative is a junior position within our sales and marketing organization and will focus appointment setting for Senior Sales Directors. Rep will be targeting C-level executives within Fortune 1000 companies and will need to be comfortable speaking with executives within these organizations. To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable learning and speaking to complex business functions. The ideal candidate will bring previous successful inside sales experience and a “can-do” positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop qualified leads and schedule meetings with new prospects.
  • Become an expert in the compliance industry and of our products and services.
  • Research prospect companies to identify key decision makers and new contacts.
  • Regularly update sales related activities in the company CRM.
  • Manage and develop new target lists and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ degree
  • 1-3 years inside sales experience
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with SalesForce.com
