Below are a list of key questions you should be asking a potential provider to help guide you in your decision-making process. We created this list after many of our current clients came to us frustrated with their ‘homegrown’ COI solution (Gdoc, Excel) but didn’t know where to start as far as which questions to ask potential providers. Does your system provide automatic and configurable reminders and notifications?
Will our employee responses carry forward year over year?
Does your solution provide configurable workflows for routing, multiple reviewers, escalation, etc.?
Does your system have automatic reminder notifications?
Can we create custom reports without requiring vendor intervention or charges?
Does your system allow for automated HRIS integration and single sign-on?
Is your user interface available in multiple languages?
Is your solution audit-ready?
Do you have a dedicated client support team? Do you charge extra for support?
Are your data centers in compliance with regional data privacy protection laws?
Can you provide audited financial statements?
Can you list your technology subcontractors?
Do you have referenceable clients in our industry?
